  • Ex-Boyfriend’s Jeans

    December 30, 2008

While it seemed like everyone was back at the mall to return or exchange something, I was there to find a pair blue jeans. It’s not just a pair of jeans, I wanted a pair of BOYFRIEND JEANS.

Boyfriend Jeans are much larger than they should be, ugly, torn-up and unflattering. Maybe they’re supposed to be all worn-out and trendy. The difference between Distressed Jeans and Boyfriend Jeans is that these look like your man should be wearing them instead of you.

    Well, I don’t have a boyfriend. I have a husband. So, I’m going to call it my “EX-BOYFRIEND’S JEANS”…….lol!!!

I will post a photo later today.

We’ve heard the rumor regarding the making of Twilight into a TV series in the Philippines. It hasn’t verified yet through official channels. In other words, it was NOT confirmed yet. Now it seems the one source initially reporting has removed the story entirely.

According to http://www.twilightlexiconblog.com/, until they can check it out, they don’t have an answer at this time.

In my opinion, they should not make it a TV series. If they let them do it, I can see the story being changed. The story should and must stay true as the book. Not to mention that the actors playing the characters must be close to the physical description in the book.

    What’s your opinion?

Okay, this may be a little strange, but I love reading fictional books about star-crossed lovers genre more so than science fiction novels. I didn’t mean “romancey” type. I meant, a bit of love story with complications.

I found this book, “Evernight”. As I have said in my previous post, this book looks very interesting. Well, I bought it (of course, in hardbound). It’s not a thick book. There’s only 327 pages. This is the first book in a series of four novels written by Claudia Gray.  While the story is a little slow to start, it gains momentum as it slowly starts to reveal some of it secrets, before racing to an exciting conclusion.

This book is full of unexpected plot twists. There are laugh out loud parts too just like Stephenie Meyer’s.  A good filler while waiting for Stephenie Meyer’s next novel. In other words, you will not hyperventilate in this book like you did in Stephenie Meyer’s. Overall, it’s a good book to read. There you go — it’s up to you if you want to buy it or not.
